Energetic and spiritual healing techniques offered

In my practice, I specifically utilise the following techniques:

  • Reiki - an ancient Japanese healing art which involves the laying on of hands in various positions on and over your body. These hand positions relate to both major organs in the body and energy centres, working with universal life force energy to bring the mind, body, emotions and spirit into balance.
  • Focusing and regression - a way of accessing the deeper unconscious issues resulting from unresolved pain and difficult experiences from the past that remain locked in our bodies and continue to influence us in unconstructive ways. This is a participative process between client and practitioner conducted in a deep and gentle way. Feel the layers peel away.
  • Vibrational remedies (flower and gem essences) - all living things have their own energy and frequency, which interacts with our own energy systems. Flowers and gems have been used for thousands of years to assist in the healing process. These remedies can be used during a treatment or given to you as a take home treatment to support your ongoing process.
  • Crystal healing - crystals form deep in the earth due to many forces and factors over a long period of time, and also have their own energy and frequency which interact with our energy systems. Another gentle form of healing and way to increase our life force.
  • Aura balancing - the aura is the energy body that surrounds our physical body, where imbalance and dis-ease begins. This subtle anatomy or energy body contains everything that we think, feel, and have experienced in our life. This is a restful, gentle process for the client.
  • Meditation/guided visualisation - a powerful tool using a creative, participative process between practitioner and client in a deeply relaxed state.
  • Distance Healing - energy transcends space and time. In this way, healing can be directed and sent to any adult, child or animal from a distance. An effective way of working when there are geographical contraints.
  • Journaling, drawing, creative expression - find different ways that feel right for you, to help you express your feelings and support yourself in shifting energy blocks via these techniques.
  • Holistic counselling - feel the safety of the space, enabling you to feel heard and held as you find the way, if needed, to express what is troubling you and gain deeper insights in the process.
